All printing was completed on Heidelberg 6+1 UV presses using 200-line screen technology, with a closed-loop color management system holding batch-to-batch variation within ΔE 0.6.
The result: 10,000 units completed in 25 days, passing LV’s Asia-Pacific QC center’s inspection — including destructive load testing and color scanning — with a 99.7% pass rate.


The day inspection results came back, LV’s response was immediate:
“The quality exceeded our expectations. Move forward now — we’re increasing the order to 110,000 units.”
